Michael Burton, Managing Director
Michael Burton is Managing Director of Cambridge Mineral Resources PLC (www.cambmin.co.uk/site) which he joined in 1996 and became finance director of in 2002. He subsequently fulfilled roles including managing director and chairman.
His experience in commerce includes finance roles with Barclays Bank, Glaxo Smith Kline, Aviva, Xerox and Santander. His experience in the mining sector includes finance roles with Arco, Shell, Heraeus and BP.
He has extensive experience in corporate administration and mining project economics across various countries.
Aaron King, Operations Director
Mr King has 20 years’ experience in the mining and oil & gas industries. Mr King’s experience includes a plethora of experience ranging from exploration, underground mining development, production, shaft sinking & raising as well as drilling. Mr King has operational experience throughout Australia, Europe, West Africa, North Africa and East Africa with his specialisation of logistics management and advanced global supply chain.
In addition Mr King has developed skills in finance and management including project management, project finance and brokerage for his extensive network of clients in London.

Dr Paul Dougan, Company Secretary & CLO
Ph.D, BA (Hons) (Oxford), MA (Oxford), LLB (Hons), LLM, MCIArb, MIQ, FGS, FRSA, FRGS, FHEA
Dr Dougan holds BA (Hons) and MA degrees in Earth Sciences from the University of Oxford, UK, the world's No. 1 ranked university. After Oxford he undertook research in oil & gas exploration for US company Amoco and then research in base and precious metals mineralisation. Subsequent to this, after a period qualifying in English law, he specialised in company, commercial and intellectual property law and was published inter alia in publications such as The Times and The Barrister. Dr Dougan is an elected Member of the Institute of Quarrying.
Simon Reid, Finance Director
With a background in the Australian defense force as a combat engineer, Mr Reid's technical knowledge, adaptability and versatility greatly benefit Scotia's projects. Mr Reid brings international experience on blast hole, diamond coring, reverse circulation drill rigs and mining equipment, supervisory and management experience, as well as corporate and financial knowledge. In regard to the latter, Mr Reid holds an advanced diploma in financial planning and is in the process of obtaining professional Certification in this regard.

Tim Tokun, Head Geologist
Mr Tokun project managed the exploration of tar sands for Fortuna Bitumen International where he syndicated the fund raising of $55m for the first phase implementation of a modular refinery and combustion technology. This increased efficiency by circa 60% and economics by 33%, with an NPV of $800m. In 2010 he led the discovery and exploration of a license bordering Newmont's 11Moz Akyem project for which he raised $10m a year upon resource definition. Said project has since gone into JV with CMI, China.
Mr Tokun has in the past 3 years advised over 100 fund groups, private and institutional on acquisition/exploration/production targets which has involved circa 150 Exploration and mining licenses. He is involved in various capacities in a global pipeline of gold development projects with a focus on Africa and South America. Richard Parker BSc, DipHydroGeol, MIMM, C.Eng, Eur.Eng, FGS, Exploration Geologist
Mr Parker is an exploration geologist of international calibre and reputation. During the 1980's an exploration programme which he designed and directed resulted in the discovery of the Cononish Deposit (750,000 tons grading 8 g/t Au) and resulted in the recognition of Scotland as a precious metal province. He was subsequently responsible for ore-reserves and feasibility studies at Cononish.
Richard has provided, in the past 20 years, an independent consultancy service to the international minerals industry. Services provided included exploration project management, ore reserve estimation, mineral property appraisals and acquisitions, independent project reviews/audits for loan funding and Stock Exchange listings.
